Pool Nation Business Groups are monthly gatherings created specifically for pool business owners, managers, and emerging leaders who want to build stronger businesses.
Each month we'll work through different areas of running a pool business, including leadership, operations, financials, employees, systems, customer experience, growth, and more.
Who can attend the Dallas launch?
Anyone in the pool industry can attend. You do not need to be an existing Pool Nation member.
Whether you're running a small route, managing employees, building a growing company, or stepping into a leadership role, you're welcome in the room.
What will we cover at the monthly meetings?
The topics will change throughout the year because running a business involves a lot more than one thing.
We'll work through areas like leadership, financials, operations, employees, systems, pricing, customer experience, growth, and the challenges that come with being a business owner.
Do I need to know my numbers before I come?
No.
You don't need a financial background, perfectly organized books, or everything figured out before you attend.
The Business Groups are designed to meet owners and leaders where they are and help them continue building from there.
What happens during a Business Group meeting?
Expect a combination of practical business education, opportunities to work on your own business, group conversation, and time to ask questions.
This isn't designed to be a night of sitting through presentations.

The October 29 Dallas launch is free to attend. Space is limited, so registration is required.
Will food and drinks be provided?
Yes. We'll have food and drinks available during the gathering.
What should I bring?
Bring something to take notes with and, most importantly, bring your questions.
If we're working on something during a future meeting that requires additional information from your business, we'll let you know ahead of time.

Attending the first Dallas gathering does not obligate you to join anything.
